■ＮＶＣ Workshop in Shonan Registration■

Once you have received an email acknowledging the receipt of your information, please make the payment to the bank indicated in our email. The registration will be completed upon the receipt of your payment.

3. Gender Male / Female (The room will be basically twin room. We need this information to allocate the room.)

(Availability of single room is for about 10 person. Additional fee of 2100 Yen will be required)

2. 2)What is your preference for meal. There are three options at our retreat. They are:
   

a type: Regular meal

b type: Raw Food (fresh vegetable/fruit, raw fish)

c type: Non meat, fish and vegetable only meal

(*NOTICE: To make sure that the meal preference is honored, we would like to receive the request by August 25th. Any request for b or c type meal will have to be confirmed with the facility individually after that date. Please inquire us for further details. )

*Cancellation Policy*

Registration is completed upon payment. Cancellation fee is as follows;

Until August 31, 2008, transfer fee is deducted. From September 1 to September 11, 2008, 50% is deducted. From September 12-, 100% is deducted.
